Ram Avtar Dewangan

(Managing Trustee)

Ram Avtar Dewangan has made a notable mark in the fields of social service, journalism, and public welfare. Today, he leads a life wholly devoted to humanitarian and cow protection efforts. Born in 1973 in the village of Kesla (Kharora), District Raipur, he is the son of the late Mahesh Ram Dewangan and the late Mrs. Kejia Dewangan.

He received his primary education in his native village and, after completing his 12th standard, chose to prioritize family responsibilities. He took up agriculture and business as his livelihood. Through hard work and active engagement, he served as a journalist for nearly 15 years, making meaningful contributions by voicing the concerns of common people and highlighting social issues through his reporting and writing.

A father of two sons, Ram Avtar Dewangan has now stepped away from domestic obligations and is fully immersed in social and religious service. Since 2018, he has been permanently residing in Raipur and remains actively involved in public welfare initiatives.

His life—dedicated to service, cow protection, and raising social awareness—serves as a source of inspiration for the younger generation.

Rajendra Kumar Dewangan

(Trustee)

Rajendra Kumar Dewangan is a humble, thoughtful, and service-oriented individual, born on 10/04/1971 into a culturally and spiritually rich Dewangan family. He is the son of late Shri Kartik Ram Dewangan and late Smt. Khemin Bai Dewangan. While remaining active in the field of business, he has made social service an important part of his life. A proud father of two daughters, Mr. Rajendra firmly believes that true progress of society is only possible when we move forward while preserving our lineage, culture, and values.

He is deeply saddened by the fact that, even today, there is no Dharamshala (pilgrims’ rest house) in India bearing the name "Dewangan Community." Motivated by this realization, he has resolved to build a Dharamshala under the Dewangan name to preserve the identity of the community and bring its members together.

His life’s purpose is clear: “It is my resolve to unite the community by walking the path of collective identity, cultural preservation, and dedicated service.” With this vision, he aims to strengthen the presence of the Dewangan community at major pilgrimage sites across India, instill a sense of pride and unity among its members, provide both comfort to pilgrims and a symbolic identity to the community through the construction of a Dharamshala, and leave behind a lasting legacy for future generations.
